About the project

Agri-tourism ,if developed sustainably, can diversify incomes, create employment opportunitis amongst the rural communities, stem migration of youth to the cities and reverse sale of agriculture land . More such destinations created will provide an alternate holiday option for the urban traveller.
70% of rural migrants to big cities like Mumbai, Delhi etc are due to underdeveloped rural areas, lack of income generating opportunities, lack of medical and educational facilities.
Due to this rampant migration to cities, the rural areas are being wasted, the agriculture land is getting sold;theere iso corrosion in the social , cultural fabric of the rural society. This is also having an adverse impact on the youth.Sustainable tourism generates livelihoods, creates income generating opportunities for the youth and the women especially, conserves rural artsetting, crafts, and work traditions for the future generations.
We partner with the rural families, give them the knowledge of tourism as a business activity, consult them on developingquality stay facilities in their agriculture farms, we train them in hospitality, waste management , receiving the gusets, .in addition , we also create various rural based activities and then we create 5 days all inclusive packages which we market for the domestic and international tourists.
Each of our actives and the complete operations is handled by the villagers.Presently we are self funded. But we are looking for investments to scale our operations to other locations in India and also to have base in European market.
Our model is comp, eels sustainable and we have got no subsidy from no organisation or government so far.I have presently 7 full time people working with me in India including myself.
